Can u smoke there

Yes. The front is non smoking and the back is smoking.

This place was ok but when I pick my order up it was in a brown paper bag my food fill from the bottom of bag and all the owner wanted to argue and the menudo suck to never eating there again my ticket was 55 dollars

Yes. The menudo is flavorless and expensive. They should know to bag up liquids in plastic before putting them in a paper bag.
